Booking Policy

Read the policies below in full before making a booking.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 15 minutes late unfortunately we will refuse treatment and your appointment will be marked as no show. Please plan your journey in advance and take into consideration travel/ traffic etc.

It is against the law to administer botulinum toxin or dermal filler under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021. Please bring proof of your age (18+) to your appointment with you. If we believe you are underage, even with proof of documentation, we have the right to refuse treatments. If you arrive at your appointment without proof of age documents, your appointments may be refused and any deposit paid will be held and non refundable.

If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointments please ensure you give 48 hours notice before doing so. This ensures we can transfer your deposit over to your rescheduled date. Deposits are non refundable and will be held in cases of late reschedule/cancellation notice or in the case of a ‘no show’.
